When you balance this chakra, you are able to feel grounded and experience increased confidence as you feel more secure in the world.
This chakra is located at the base of the spine and sets the tone for the rest of your chakras. When this chakra is unbalanced, you may find it hard to trust, relax, or feel grounded due to a lack of safety. You may feel insecure and depressed, with a sense that life is against you. But it’s not!
