With a closed or unbalanced heart, it is impossible to give or receive love - especially the deep love I know you’re longing for. We tend to walk around finding it hard to forgive and are often overwhelmed with hate or negative feelings toward others or the world. 

This is your pathway to start healing your heart. I recommend listening to this while going for a walk in nature and letting the green colors flow into your heart.
